Courtney's beautiful bridal pictures!

On Friday I had the privilege of taking bridal pictures for my beautiful friend Courtney! She is such a sweet girl and I'm so excited for her to be getting married on August 11!
We took these pictures at Flying J and Beus Pond.

This one is probably my favorite picture from the session. But I can't decide if I like it better in color or in black and white:

Random photoshoot with a couple of umbrellas

I'm a sucker for pretty things. So when I saw that it was sunny and rainy at the same time, I grabbed my camera and went to go find a rainbow!

I found one :) It only lasted a few minutes though. The rain was way hard for 10 like 7 minutes and then it went away!

I then lied in the grass, twirling my umbrella. I ended up taking some pretty cool pictures:

It gets better! I went on top of our roof and took some pictures against the awesome looking sky!

I enjoyed myself. The world is beautiful!!

Stalking bees :)

Every so often I love taking pictures of bees, even though I'm terrified of them :) To avoid getting stung, I turn my camera to close up mode, point it as close to the bee as I can get and take the picture, hoping it turns out well. And many of them have turned out well!

The goats of Washington Terrace

A funny thing happened in my neighborhood this summer. There's a big field behind my house and I guess the city wants to do something with it, so they brought in goats to clear all the weeds! I got really excited when I saw them last week and couldn't resist  the urge to hop the fence to get some pictures of them :) I scratched my leg on the barbed wire in the process.. but it was worth it! Enjoy :)
